What we collect

  • Your content: photos you upload and descriptions you type for valuation.
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, and basic device/technical info (browser type, approximate location from IP) to keep the service running and improve it.
  • Payment info: processed by Wix Payments. We receive confirmation of payment and subscription status, but not your full card number.

How we use it

  • To create your account and provide valuations, inventory, and other features.
  • To process AI analysis of your photos and descriptions (content is sent to our AI providers solely to generate your valuation).
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
  • To detect abuse and keep the service secure.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your uploaded photos for advertising or share them publicly.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run What's Worthy (hosting, AI processing, payments via Wix), and when required by law. Providers may only use your data to perform their services.

Data retention

We keep your account and valuation history while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]; we'll delete it within 30 days except where we're legally required to keep records (e.g., payment records).

Your rights
